sent them an email using the online contact form 3 days ago to add this BD to my existing order, no reply so far, first impression is not looking good for the new hmv online store.
calling the 0333 number now but only seems to be responsible for instore orders.
EDIT: waited 19 minutes no answer had to hangup, will email using the contact form and directly to their email address to see what happens, those Disney blurays are released on the 9th and hmv probably dispatch a day early so don't know if they can amend the order in time, poor CS so far.
preordered all those titles, but wanted to add this bluray to qualify for the offer, but hmv website don't let you cancel/amend your orders, the only way is to contact them via online contact form, no phone number.
when amazon finally price matched all those titles, was really tempted to switch the order to them, because don't know how the new online hmv operates, how well do they package the blurays to prevent damages? (pretty sure amazon would pack all 7 in a box), what's the CS like if things go wrong? not looking good so far, not even a phone number to call, and the contact form says upto "three working days" to respond to emails.

I don't buy this "man utd got lucky with the timing of their success" story. There were plenty of other big teams around at the time (Blackburn won the premier league too), yet Man Utd carried this success on. Maybe not so much the past couple of years though! But my point is still valid.

still, one thing's for sure - by the time you read this comment they'll have sacked another manager, but they'll still be crap.
