Seen this today while online. Tried to buy online but kept coming up as £19.99 in the basket. Went into store and still came up as £19.99 through the till but showed the staff the webpage. They agreed it was a mistake but had to honour the price of £9.99. It's still advertised as £9.99 so snap it up while you can.
It's a nice set for that price. Especially for just diy at home.

Just picked mine up today. Not bad for the price. Not quite as good as the one they did about 15 years ago but it was about that price then so happy with what I have got for the money but I wouldn't be parting with £19.99 for the product. Half the price of the Mikita one at B & Q which is also a good buy.

Thanks to craigf2 for posting. I reserved two last night at the Hessle store near Hull. I saw this morning the website had been changed and rang them to check the reservation and informed them that it was £9.99 when reserved and I had taken a screen shot of the web page. The very nice lady on the end of the phone said they would sell them at the advertised price of £9.99. Collecting tomorrow.
I actually have one of these from about 10 years ago. Quite a good piece of kit.

Also Stanley 100 Piece Drilling Accessory Set and went

I showed the assistant the printout with £10.00 and
she just cancelled and put it through at £10.00.
Total £24.99. Many thanks craigf2. .

I went into Solihull Branch today.
Showed them a picture of the website from last night and he honoured it. But did say if there are more it will be not honoured. As there making very little profit on the error.
Just take proof and be polite I guess.

not rubbing it in or anything but I just got this at 9.99 at a branch in Birmingham, said I emailed HO last night and showed them a screen capture from last night:
no quibble no argument and they kept it hush hush in a crowded customer service area...
.. that's what I call customer service.

Not honoured in Swansea this morning either. Showed the website screenshot too.
Have emailed customer services as the t&c states either you get it for the price displayed or they contact you to let you know it's wrong.

Now back to £19.99 on the website. Richmond Homebase wouldn't honour it at £10 even with the print out of the page saying £10. Apparently it was corrected last night and I went to pick it up this morning. I didn't buy it.

You like your pointless full stops don't you vline2/45Geo? Have you managed to read to the second sentence of my post yet?

"Rubbish .. it's still available on their website .. and Homebase close at 20:00 .. so who did you talk to?"
I believe one full stop is sufficient per sentence. You won't need this drill set as the only tool you need is a hammer.

Are you calling me a liar? Upton close at 9 actually - I phoned them at about 8.30 and they phoned me back just before 9. What is your problem?
I've just phoned the Upton branch and they're saying it is a mistake that has already been corrected on the webpage and they won't honour it. I argued that it hasn't been corrected on the website - it still says pay only £10. She said that I'd have to take in evidence and take it up with the manager when I'm collecting. It doesn't sound promising though - might be down to individual store managers whether they honout it or not.
