If you plug the sennheisers into something like a tv or phone they won't produce much bass. But plug them into an amplifier and the bass is awesome, this turtle beach dss also amplifies them and has bass boost which makes them sound pretty damn good. Plus the dss is dolby digital which produces the best surround sound I've heard. I've listened to £200 that sound just as good as these sennheisers plugged into the dss. This little dss is amazing best thing I've ever bought. I actually ordered another yesterday because i came across one at cex for £10. I just don't get why every loves these sony ones to me they sound horrible and cheap

Bought these on Tuesday and are absolutely garbage worst headset I've ever had. Awful sound its very tinny, no bass at all and terrible virtual surround sound. Sent them back next day. I've got a pair of £20 sennheiser hd 202s plugged into a £12 turtle beach dss 1 and it sounds 10x better. Even my p11s sound better plugged into dss.

That's crazy... I had a pair of Sennheiser 202s and the bass on them is definitely its weakest point. The audio is definitely better on the 202s but you're paying for the wireless, VSS and the connectivity between consoles / PC.
I replaced them with a pair of these and couldn't have been happier.
If you are looking for a wireless headset that can connect to both your PC / PS3 / PS4 with ease then you cannot buy anything better for this price.

UPDATE! It is now advertising at £44.99 on their website. Smyth has shot themselves in the foot. Whilst waiting for the price to drop I went online to read reviews on the company. Having read the reviews I am now glad that they didn't change price at the time when I wanted it. I think I'd rather pay that little extra for the reassurance. Have a look at Trusted Pilot. Their incompetence has cost them my business simply due to reading their incompetence CS.

Went online at 12:10am and the price remains the same at £64.99. I cannot find for the life of me of the advert displaying the price of £44.99. This must be a fake, shame really otherwise this would be a great deal.

I have these in black and they are damn Hot for this price. Great sound via game and when listening to movies and music. Comes with all the relevant cables and also plugs directly into Xbox One controllers too for an added bonus.

these are good headsets but wirelessly the mic does not work well and also you can get echo with the mic. if you plan on using mic I'd recommend plugin aux lead into controller apart from that great headphone.

Yes if course they have a mic! It's built into the unit, and is discreet. No boom/arm. But the sound in game party chat is crystal clear.

I find them very comfortable and not too heavy. As with most over ear headsets, they can feel a little warm after a few hours. But the sound and the fact they're fully wireless is great.
