They consistently send out used tatty customer returns as new items. If you want to return it they will not allow returns by post, they make you travel to a store. Customer service are rude and unpleasant. Read reviews on trustpilot before using these shysters.

No information on water resistance, if it's not water resistant, £19.99 is all it's worth.
