You just go back to the store and they refund you simples

When I buy my items from screwfix they open the box before giving to me just to check if everything inside is complete..

I bought one of these and when I opened it up there were several pieces missing , it cheap so not worh complaing and a bit late by the time you get home.
Screwfix offer some great deals but always open the box in the shop or in the car park and check it. I bought a socket set the other day and the case was broken, handed back and they returned the money no problem. But their computer still shows one left in stock in that store
and they will sell that damaged one to another customer.

That's a great deal for something that I'll never use but must order lol... I'm sure this is to do with OCD
