This deal has just gone live for a 128GB Evo+ micro SD card at £32.99, absolute bargain for a fast card!

1. Where can you buy new gen 64gb sandisk cards for less than £16 ?
2 . Samsung is far more reliable card...so comparing is pointless anyway
Great deal OP, never seen this card so cheap!

These read at 85MB/s. 128GB is expensive but you pay a premium for the size, given 64GB is around £12-15 this isn't a lot more per GB and is obviously offset against not having multiple SD slots per phone (vs. say having 6 SATA ports in a PC).

It has been a widely reported issue in the past. customers calling Sandisk to confirm the serial number of a card purchased via Amazon only to be told it's fake. Amazon obviously issued refunds.

Ah ok...I ordered one too hence asking!. It arrives tomorrow; was hoping to get a card delivered at the same time too so I don't have to rely on the on-board storage. Supposedly you can use external USB storage for apps and games too - but this isn't stated in the manual.

Not received it yet but I've only just ordered my Shield TV today from Amazon's lightning deal so I'll ave to wait a few days.

Have you received the card yet?. If so can you advise how you got on with using it in the Shield TV i.e. what the performance is like for any apps / games running from the card?. Thanks in advance.

Thx OP, bought one a few hours ago. I wanted to get one from Amazon it or Spain last week which came out to abt £37. I'm glad I didn't. After a failed SanDisk 64gb, I'm trying samsung now

Just a note to be cautious of frustration free packaging. that is often how counterfeit manufactures get copy, low quality cards into circulation through mainstream sellers. Amazon is no immune.

I think it is more like returned cards . And proof is that standard package is still normal price.

Is it the 64GB PRO+?
If so then the 128GB EVO+ is slower
Yeah, I had to delete other items out of my basket before it would let me purchase at the lightning deal price...

just start from the beginning, it should work, sometimes in the process it will only show the price before the lightning discount but at the end it should show:

Good price as I was waiting for the Lexar 128gb to come down from £60+, though that is faster. Still, just purchased this, so thank you OP.
Can anyone tell me what the Grade 1 in the item title on Amazon signifies?
This is a bargain. I bought the Sandisk 128GB card for £34.99 (which I have not used yet) but I've just purchased this card as I prefer Samsung cards. I'll use the Sandisk to store films on and the Samsung for my phone

Thanks, I was surprised too so snapped it up under the Prime deal I signed for earlier this week. I might not need 128GB but it's nice to have the space to not have to worry. Not all Lightning Deals have been great (there was a watch with a dubious RRP of £495 selling for £39.99!) but this has to be one of the better ones, especially as it's the EVO Plus (not the standard EVO, which is still great).

still expensive in my opinion. it makes more sense at this point in time to buy 64gb, especially non-samsung ones like sandisk that they are new gen with 80mb/sec read speed.
