The Amazon system allows customers to collect up to 18 days from delivery - or to reject at the door. That's the way they work, and they'll tell you to reject if you change your mind. It isn't costing them a penny more - it's all part of the arrangements they have with their carriers. And yes - that is probably one of the reasons people like Amazon so much. I have every intention of buying the phone - the only variable is the price I shall pay for it. Another advantage of using Amazon, who will frequently refund part of the price paid if there's a price drop.
Not that this is any of your business. If you don't like Amazon, shop elsewhere. If you don't like my posts - block me. :stuck_out_tongue:

In a sense, yes. It's sitting at the local Post Office awaiting collection, but I'm not going to collect it until after the Black Friday deals have finished. If there's a lower price it will be winging its way back to Amazon. If not, I'll pick it up.

I'm sure you did post this particular deal first. I was referring, as you'll see, to the Amazon deal, which was posted a few days ago and updated yesterday with the new lower price of £366.99. I'm sure there are people who would rather buy from the Smartphone Company than from Amazon. :smiley:
