Ryanair have cleaned up their act, honestly. That Irish CEO who always had a smarmy answer for everything has listened to the marketing experts, customers are now valued!

Thanks! Will keep that in mind. Actually it is much more convenient to put most of Your stuff in hold luggage. In Stansted, they even wanted to raise a bother about cosmetics bought in Pisa on our way back to Edinburgh, even though they were still in the original Duty Free Secure packaging. Also, my pocket knife and wife's cosmetics/liquids had to be binned at airport earlier, because the liquids somehow got cross contaminated. So, on our next flights for holidays longer than say three days, I will consider the hold luggage instead of unnecessary stress in dealing with security.

Coming up as from £15 on website via PC for me. Wonder if it's the new website or could it be the destination?

Depends on when your flight is. They charge £25 peak and £15 off peak on PC. Actually just looking at adding a bag for our upcoming flight so this has come at a good time

Quick survey using all 3 methods for our flights (Dublin to Birmingham on April 5):
Desktop Website: €30 (£21.03)
Mobile Website: €30 (£21.03)
Mobile app: €25 (£17.52)
Standard price for 1 x 15kg bag in early April is £25 so they are all cheaper, but I suspect the Euro conversion plays a part in the reduced price.

Any idea how to get cheap-er charges for sports equipment? Right now Ryanair are most expensive airline in europe to carry a bike.

Hi guys, it's also worth noting that they offer 50% discount on luggage for kids.
So if you are travelling with kids make sure you put the hold luggage against their reservation as it's half price!

I thought the discount only applied when paying full for the travelling adult. ie 50%off on second luggage if traveling with a child

I think that's supposed to be the case (no pun intended!) but when i travelled in May we put two cases against the kids and it went through fine at half price. Was expecting to get charged extra at the airport but didn't. I also just did a dummy booking and it let me proceed to payment with one bag against a child.
