If memory serves, Anchor Bay botched the release of season one in the U.K & the U.S.A., by putting out the shortened syndicated versions, instead of the full network versions. So each episode is missing 2/3 minutes of footage.

The first season was by far the best. And for those wanting to see a "before they were famous" the first season had George Clooney in it as her boss.

started watching it on Netflix (US), it's really good. kinda sucks Netflix only has rights to 50 episodes
