"darling i want a curry tonight!, "ok dear, what you like? "sweet and sour chicken please, so yes sweet and sour is classed as a curry , that's why they in same freezer as currie's.

At this price, these will be nutrient dense foods........or at least the box will be

Actually the chicken and beef mayflower currys in the foil container are both delicious, and nutritionally wise not too bad. They are pretty much indistinguishable from the kind you get at a chinese take away, except far less oil.

best just spend a hour walking round the store, many local offers too.
farmfoods to me use to be expensive, they are very cheap now.
i just bought 6 days meals for 3 pounds.
parents can no longer say they cant afford to feed there kids anymore.

tesco has quite a few tandoories, curries, aloogs etc in the ethnic foods aisles at larger stores - all around a £1 or so each.
they come in a foil-wrapped packet..

Cracking deal - just got 8 of them. Good quality - same product in Iceland for a 1.5 per pack. Produce of The Authentic Food Comapny. High recommended.
