Seen it while i was browsing on Shopto. £12.85 for it brand new. Good deal imo. It's probably been cheaper but thought i'd share anyway.

I think that person is a bit confused. If you look at Boomerang's website, they have a buy new price (which is actually new) and an as new price (which is clearly stated as ex-rental). See http://www.boomerangrentals.co.uk/game-sales-details/buy-rare-replay-xboxone/g181xbone - if you add the ex-rental to your basket it's the price in the deal linked to in comment 1.
I just decided to ignore him cause whether you dispute it or not, Boomerang don't sell the game "Brand New".. Where as with Shopto. The wrapping is still on and the disc hasnt been taken out of the case. I know which one i'd rather buy from personally

Well if you read my comment you'd know, but let me spell it out. My thread contains several testimonials about the quality of 'as new' games from Boomerang including a comment that they're actually new. This was intended to contribute to the discussion that someone else started on that topic. Interestingly, you haven't asked your original question to the person who posted comment #1.

Well that's not my impression or what I've been told (see thread below). All I can say is that, in my experience (and I've probably bought about 10 games from them now) their discs are immaculate (new, reconditioned or otherwise) as is everything else. I have had a couple of damaged cases but likely happened in transit and always been replaced quickly for free.
They're definitely not new unsealed. He's right that they've been used for rentals. See my earlier comment - they are as described. As new. They appear new, but are not.
Yes, they have the codes because Boomerang obviously don't provide these to rental customers - only the first lucky person would get to use them - more cost effective to save them for the resale at the end.
(Edit: and they don't use the cases either for rentals, which explains them being unmarked).

Have you actually bought any 'as new' games from Boomerang? They're genuinely new unsealed. Discs always perfect, cases new and codes unused.

It's a Blu Ray, not a VHS or a pair of pants. It doesn't matter how many people have used it - it either works or it doesn't work. These rental companies have some fancy machine which buffs out all the scratches so they look new (hence 'as new') and function perfectly.
You do realise Boomerang is a rental service right? This will be ANYTHING but as new. Will have been used by hundreds of people, awful.

oh, dont worry ive been adding the xbox one games to my library since the xbox one games with gold started... :innocent: so i will have a big backlog yes.. :smiley:
i still have jetforce gemini for the n64 (boxed) but i prob will have to get this even though there are a lot i already have././ and i had traded in my original Viva Pinata back in the day... so would be nice to play the first one again.. (Viva Pinata TIP isalready in my GWG library) and the thought of being able to finally play the original perfect dark with a decent joypad instead of the god afwul n64 one is tempting...

Most of your digital 360 titles that appear in this compilation; like Perfect Dark, Jet-Pac Refueled etc, will automatically be added to your Xbox One downloads as they are now backward compatible. However there are many great titles here that weren't released like Blast Corps, Jet-force Gemini and many Snes, Spectrum, N64, and arcade classics.
So even though you technically already have a few of the games on Xbox One, this remains a bargain regardless.
Also as a pointer, if your planning on getting an Xbox One in the future and you currently have Gold: Start adding the 'Xbox One Games with Gold' from your 360 console. That way you will already have a bunch of games waiting in your 'ready to install' list when you sign in on your new machine! :wink:
