For this product it is a good price but a large bag of plain oats is just as good, much cheaper and a tenth of the packaging. Add you own raisins, etc - easy peasey.

It is not just as good - its better. Normal oats will keep you full for longer. These instant oats are digested much quicker.

Yes, upon reflection I agree. The carbohydrates 'of which sugars' is best in plain oats.

Quaker Oats (1Kg) 1.75 at Sainsburys...£1.50 at Iceland.....Thats why mums go to Iceland.

It is called Oats So Simple as only simpletons buy it as they cannot work out how to use a big bag and pour a little bit out and add some milk and. Microwave!
