Ikea Coventry are selling real Christmas trees for £25 from the 27th of November. If you buy one between the 27th of Nov and the 20th of Dec you are eligible for a coupon with a value of £20 to use in store, essentially giving you a real Christmas tree for £5! The coupon is redeemable from the 19th of January to the 8th of February hope it helps someone's Christmas!

All sold out at Birmingham/Wednesbury, doesn't look like they'll be getting any more in - massive sign saying sold out at the roundabout. :disappointed:

tried Birmingham Ikea - nothing over about 1.70m and the top 30-40cm is just one branch
nowhere near as good a size range as previous years - maybe all the decent ones went on Friday !

Picked mine up in Bristol yesterday. Nice tree, very full and bushy. Its well over 6' tall.
Lots were already bagged up, but the lady was very helpful and let me pull a few out of the pile to have a look and make sure I was happy with the size, although some were quite small - maybe as little as 4'
i reckon the same tree would have been £50 in the local garden centre so a bargain even without the voucher, although I can always find a few bits to spend £20 on in ikea

£25 for variety of sizes
£20 voucher doesn't appear to have restrictions

Picked one up today at the Glasgow Ikea and given a voucher for £20.
Thank You, have some heat.

I would like to disagree with the description. The voucher in some stores may have a minimum purchase e.g. £20 off a £40 spend. I took up this offer a few years ago thinking my tree would effectively cost £5, but the voucher said different. My advice is to check the terms of the voucher, preferably before purchasing if that's important to you. Different IKEAs seem to do different things.
Hot deal though, esp. if no conditions on the £20 spend.
** Offer not valid on Wembley and Norwich. For Croydon and Cardiffplease refer to the local store web page.
As mentioned by the OP, coupon can only be redeemed between 18/01/2016 and 07/02/2016 only.

This is important - Be careful where the offer is said to vary - it's common the trees are not all £25 and the vouchers will be equivalent to coupons with minimum spends. Always worth checking what you will get before parting with the cash.
I don't know why all IKEAS can't operate the same.

Let's hope they've sorted the bug problem out this year. Last year ours hatched hundreds of aphids and they were dropping everywhere... we had to take it down a week earlier than we usually would. It wasn't localised either... I remember seeing news articles of other people having the same problem.

Didn't know it was a common problem, mine was bug ridden too.

These went OOS pretty quick last year.
Trees are £25 regardless of the "coupon". Buy a £25 tree and you get a £20 voucher to spend on other products in store. There is no coupon (as far as I am aware) that gives you £20 off a £25 tree so you get the tree for £5

Does anyone know if they do smaller ones? I'm looking for a 4ft one at max.

As far as I am aware it is the one size they are grown to roughly.

It's the national every year thing. The voucher in London had no spending restrictions but you can use it from February when all sales are finished. Thanks for the reminder. Hot.

It doesn't mention the aphids. Are they extra?
Just a heads up:
