has anyone else has sizing issues with Zavvi products?

I'm a shoe size 8, I ordered a Blue & Grey pair of these Pumps and a pair of Fenchurch that were also on sale. All three are really nice shoes for the money but unfortunately although all three state they are a size 8 they are all at least a 9 and a half. Do Zavvi only deal in factory second products?

Size 10 in blue cancelled. Second time I've used them. Second order cancelled because of no stock. Utter shizzle

The sceptic in me thinks they do this to get your details to spam you and/or sell on.

I'm pretty sure they do this to get email addresses, I've had a million emails from them since this unfulfilled order. Shameless.

Unsubscribe from there website if thousands did this would really hack them off and maybe they will stop false advertising and wasting peoples precious time
