Like others have been saying, you have to go to the eShop on your 3DS to find it. It's in the Bandai/Namco sale section.

funny stuff, yes as our akira loving friend said like other 3ds posts you cant link directly to the eshop. You have to provide a link so most use the ninty site.

I've been hankering for something like this since I dug out my copy of Onimusha Tactics the other day. It's disappointing how few turn based tactical games are on the 3DS.
