Yeah it is chunks. Flakes are just about OK if you're someone who mashes up your chunks when mixing with mayo or something for a sandwich anyway (guilty), but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought like 6 different tins last time chunks/flakes/steak/mixed and to be honest theres much difference at all.
The best tuna is sunflower oil john west, so nice but the actually tuna is not much different, steak is supposed to be the best but looks like chunks half the time and flakes look like chunks too.
