Might be worth a punt. This dictaphone/voice recorder is £61.33 or thereabouts elsewhere.

Staples is under no obligation to honour this price.

You never know though, the Christmas fairy might be watching.

I will let you know if or when this produces a result.

won't know until Monday, which will either be an email from Staples saying GTF, the postie pitching up with a paper holder & wondering why he's getting a load of verbal, or the actual item and the postie getting a hug (he's used to them from the wife but not from me).

As for usage of these items, one main application is dictation within companies who deal with clients and use software like WinScribe. Another is recording meetings in companies who font allow this on the user's own mobile etc.

if you search for ws-811 it shows 2 results, the paper holder and the actual item, which is £122, think a lot of people might have just ordered themselves some paper holders for Xmas

photo is different but cart, invoice & confirmation all detail the Olympus device which is good enough for me. credit card has buyer protection & worst that can happen is a refund. thanks for the find & sharing OP
