I bought it for £32.31 on cdkeys this morning. Not sure if it's still available.

If the website is causing trouble it may be on there eBay shop, I bought a ps4 off them last week with Fifa and cod for £268, was all good

game is cheaper at£30

Anyone having trouble buying it? So far it won't accept a Visa card or Paypal and either processes payment for ages without it going through or it goes to a page saying Sorry, your basket is empty. Pretty frustrating

I got it and paid via PayPal got returned to shopto.net logged in using email username/password I got sent and clicked my orders and nothing showing where do I get my code sorry?

Mjgfish. I had similar issues, both with card payment and paypal. My card payment complained that the shipping address was different from the billing address, even though I had ticked the box to make it the same. And Paypal just hung on a blank page when confirming the payment. From Paypal I did get a payment receipt email, but no order in my ShopTo order history. So I created a ticket for the problem.

Don't suppose the +£5 psn credit is still included is it? Noticed they were offering that on afew digital games/Season passes for the last couple of weeks so wondered if it applied to this as well?

Well, I have a PayPal transaction ID, but ShopTo seemed to error out and they currently don't have a record of my order.

I bet this is going to be a laugh.

ordered and went through with my bank but shopto brought me to a random page and didn't confirm my order or say it failed. After using that site for 20 minutes... I have to say it's the worst website of all time ever.

Ordered Fallout through Paypal last night also, now wondering if that will be fulfilled. Shopto need to get their act together, they used to be sh*t hot and would send you a photo of your purchase packed and ready to post within the hour.

does PS+ cover you regardless of console? I have a PS3 but getting a ps4 at xmas ( I.e. does it only cover one?)

Not voting either way but I appreciate the post as it reminded me to cancel my subscription to PS Plus. It has been a very long time since I was excited by any of the monthly games and that is worse now I upgraded to PS4

I paid via Paypal and the item appears in the ShopTo Account->Orders section after a short(ish) wait of about 10 minutes. I'm particularly impressed with the date on the order which says 20/01/2015 16:05, so only 10 months 8 days and 4 hours out then...

Can everyone keep each other updated? My order still hasn't been confirmed in any way. If anyone's goes through... pls mention it. Don't really know what to do, really. They've charged me but no sign that I've ordered anything.

I'm kinda surprised a 12 month PS+ subscription is still so expensive when you can get a 12 month (sometimes 13) XBL subscription for about £20 easily these days

when i used to order amiibo from shopto over weekend from fri evening to sunday,never got email sayin order despatched till the monday.just cause i dont think they work over weekend as in the office,cause live chat dont work either over weekends,voucher codes i thought would of been different,maybe you just gotta wait tll monday for a human to show up

Don't agree with that. Hardly any difference these days between the two. Both services perform very well considering the huge amount traffic and users they have to cope with.

Bought this about 4 hours ago and received the PayPal confirmation straight away, yet nothing from shopto. I remember buying a PSN £30 card a couple years ago and never getting the code in the end despite numerous emails and phone calls. Hopefully this isn't the case again.

Same as everyone else, PayPal receipt but no order info when I log on to their site. I've opened a query ticket which I'm guessing will get looked at on Monday.

Just to let everyone wondering know, I've had a reply to my ticket on not receiving confirmation and ShopTo can confirm the order went through and will be with me shortly. It should be the same with everyone else I’m assuming. What I would say is I did have the £32.86 in the balance on "My accounts" however now I can see that’s now £0 and the £32.86 has been added to my membership level. Look,s like it just takes time.

I have looked into this and unfortunately this payment has not imported into us so we have had to refunded this back to you, we apologise for this issue
I got a paypal refund very promptly - not bothered as I got it cheaper at Zavvi

"I can confirm that we have received payment and the order and this will ship for you shortly. This will appear on your account when the order enters processing."

Like many - paid by Paypal and just had a white screen afterwards. Have an email receipt from Paypal but nothing from ShopTo. Just got my ticket reply: "I have looked into this and unfortunately this payment has not imported into us so we have had to refunded this back to you, we apologise for this issue" So, I guess it's not a given it's just waiting in the system and you'll have to contact them to find out what's up and whether you should be getting a refund.

So I had my PayPal transaction cancelled yesterday. They're useless, but fair enough.

Thing is, this morning I just got an email telling me they've dispatched a card out to me. Umm.
The PayPal transaction doesn't exist anymore and I've since gotten a code from CDKeys, so... yeah.

Similar to other posts, I paid via PayPal on Friday and received the PayPal notification immediately but nothing from ShopTo and nothing was showing when I logged in to view my orders. However, I've just logged in again before attempting to cancel and my order is showing as in progress with up to 3 day delivery. I'll give them until the end of the week to deliver before taking any further action. Wish I had waited for the CD Keys discount now :disappointed:

Quick update: ShopTo have just mailed me a 'Dispatch Notice'... "Your Order has been packed and will be dispatched with the next N/A collection."

update: I have also received the dispatch notice :-)

Same - only received paypal email on black friday and received dispatched info from shopto on monday
