to make garlic butter its not crushed garlic in butter...

blend garlic with oil
add garlic oil to salted butter
whisk together and put in fridge to set.

Dough is just flour and water and if you make it yourself, a little salt or a lot if you buy dough balls so just make your own. Garlic butter is easy to make by adding crushed fresh garlic to butter!
