A picture for all you people voting cold. Can only get this cheap fuel if you are a member of Costco.
Not sure if it is nationwide.

LOL Actually I've never seen any queues in the Costco petrol station, but plenty of people queueing in Asda & Tesco for their inferior fuel.

All costcos now have planning permision to have a petrol station on there premisis. All unleaded is 95 octain. Premium unleaded is 97 octain. And diesel is diesel. The only difference is the additives used to help maintain the fuel system and engine. Supermarkets dont use additives in normal unleaded and diesel. And they use an additive in the super unleaded and premium diesel which contain metalic elements which could clog the injectors fuel lines and carbon coat the engine. The main petrol stations (shell, bp, esso, texaco) all now use a non metalic additive in all there fuels, and thats what costco does too. Also worth knowing that fuel is delivered to costco by vallero tankers, and with a bit of research is texaco by there US name. So compare the price of there fuels with the fuels of esso bp etc and you get a bargain

V power diesel is £1.25 a litre ere. Costco doesn't gave fuel station by me :disappointed:
Not all cars can have an obvious difference, basically if you think budget tyres are good enough, don't pay for premium fuel. Simple as,be happy you are so smart!
Good price to me! I'm still happy fuel is under £1.50 a litre!

There is a British Standard for diesel fuel BUT some fuel companies include additives that may or may not "improve" the base product and I am sure I saw an article just a few days ago that seemed to suggest that the + type fuels could cause problems. Unfortunately cannot find the article again

The proof is in your own research. I have fueled with various products and tested the power of the line as well as the mpg from a full tank and supermarket fuel was the worst. BP premium was crap too however, Shell V plus Diesel was easily the best. Gave me way more MPG during urban and extra urban driving. So the fuel does make a difference but you will have to conduct your own research.

Does anyone actually know if Costco fuel is superior to supermarket fuel, I can't find the facts anywere

Chances are the person that claims supermarket fuel is inferior has no proof and is just going by word of mouth, if it was inferior it wouldn't be allowed to be sold

Where can you get information on where their petrol stations are, and where they're planning to put them? Doesn't seem to be any in the Midlands.

Can you please show me proof that supermarket fuel is inferior, as it is mentioned on here often, but I would love to see the evidence of such?

Think there's more room on the downside with the glut of oil production and tankers queueing outside terminals

Same price in Liverpool. Filled up last night. Luckily this only down the road from where I live. So fill up every week with the cheapest prices around
