Been considering one of these for a while, since much less bulky than an OTG cable. Great price.

GearBest is awful. You will be lucky at most if you get something delivered from them. Last time I ordered something it never even came. GearBest wanted me to wait until my paypal dispute time ran out so that I couldn't claim my money back. Waited until the 44th. Thank god for paypal.
Probably the best way to pay if you are ever going to order from someone shady.

I agree fully....
1st order made back in Sept 17th, still nothing has arrived and the tracking number is a bogus one. I cannot claim a refund until Nov 19th at the earliest.
I don't care how cheap they are.....there's no point if you save 99% but don't receive the item.

Its why they should be banned from hotukdeals, they're an awful awful company to deal with. They make ebuyer, scan, sports direct and the 'techie' folk in PC world look competent. They dont have to comply with uk sales law, and actively avoid it, yet ive posted deals to uk merchants that have been rejected.
They must pay a lot in commission.
Edit - if you must order from HK or China go through eBay and PayPal, at least you'll have some comeback.

Personally don't trust Gearbest. Purchased a CCTV camera which was lost in post. They constantly delayed, eventually replied weeks later after I opened a PayPal dispute. Now only offering 40% refund. Beware.

Can we list all Gearbest and Banggood products and give them all heat?!?
It's save to assume that Chinese prices beat everything else!!
Hotukdeals seems to have constant deals for these companies

I had good service from Gearbest when I pre ordered an Android TV Box. Also find Banggood excellent too if a little annoying when stuff goes out of stock after you order.
I do trust Aliexpress the most though, I have used the resolution service 4 or 5 times and always found it easy, to the point where I have ordered a few things that seem to good to be true as I am fairly confident I will get my money back if it is.
Not everything on these sites is cheaper than you can find it in the UK, but some of them are a good deal which is what this site is about, is it not?

Purchased the mezmory version from amazon. They sent meca review link, reviewed it and they sent a free micro memory stick.

As others have noted Gearbest seem to be a problem when things don't go right and goods don't turn up.
I'm going through a PayPal dispute at the moment due to non delivery of goods, they just ask me to keep waiting, since start of September.
Never had issues with Aliexpress.
I would not deal with then again.
This site could end up being flooded with their products as pricing is enticing but delivery could be an issue.

Thanks for all the warning about gearbest - will be avoiding them in future as well. There seems to be a suspiciously high level of folks complaining stuff never arrives.

No its the same folks complaining about the same thing on every Gearbest deal. This is cheap stuff so if you don't want the risk of it going awol or it being poor quality order from elsewhere. I've ordered from Gearbest and plenty of Chinese sellers on eBay and on the whole things turn up and work. If the odd one doesn't I can live with that for the low prices I'm paying.

I ordered the JWFY USB Wired Gaming Mouse Seven Buttons Support 5500DPI Resolution with LED that was on HUKD recently, got shipping confirmation on 22nd and in the email it said "10-25 business days to arrive (approximately)".
GearBest.com stuff is cheap but since I paid through paypal I should be safe in case my package doesn't arrive?
