Incorrect. I have a 640 XL dual sim with two Virgin cards. Both work perfectly.

I have the 640 XL dual SIM and I find it an excellent phone with no issues. Buying it was a different matter as I bought from China through Value Basket for £136.99, including delivery, then suffered my card being cloned and used all around the planet in a little under 7 hours it had racked up masses of purchases, some of which went through, others were, thankfully, declined.
If you do purchase from the Far East can I suggest you use a disposable card that you load with only the amount you need to buy the product.
By the way, Dual SIM, I did not know that it will only work with two different operator's cards in, now I am aware it is a valuable phone for personal and business use.

I must have been unlucky, got one form HK a while back and it had a few problems -auto brightness had to be turned off or apps would noticably go dark/light making you think it was loading when it was doing nothing, struggled to recognise multiple simultaneous touches (reviews say it can recognise 10 -not that you would need that many? But it was struggling to recognise anything over 3 as fluctuating 3-4) and most importantly was it randomly failed to recognise touches at random -going home or back from an app, occasional letter input. I've only played with other display lumias (535's etc) in stores and none of them had the problems the HK 640XL I had did.

Are you allowed put eglobal up here ? Are they not a grey market seller based in Hong Kong ?
