I can confirm ive added both £20 credit to one account also cex giving £19 cash so £5.50 for £20.00 google credit at the very least not forgetting 2 months now tv movies, one movie credit and 3 months Spotify

Thanks Babbler I've given heat on this. I've ordered 2 of the normal chromecasts. Not fussed about the audio. Kept missing out on the Wuaki deals but from the sounds of the comments on the threads for them maybe they wont receive them for a while and hopefully PC world will be prompt with delivery. I'll take the £40 google credits and use them in some way or another :stuck_out_tongue:

I wonder if you get 2 x £20 Play store credit if you buy them separately? That would make it (£30 - £20 credit) x 2 = £20 for 2 rather than £49-£20 = £29. Agreed it is only helpful if you would use the credits...

Would make no difference if you buy them separately or together. They still come in separate sealed boxes so no point buying separately.

Audio one doesn't have credit.

the £20 credit comes with the Chromecast TV not the audio and its bundled in the box. I'm not sure if its one per account. if you get 2 x audio you don't get £20 credit

Its 1x £20 credit per google account. Only applies to the video version, not the audio one.

They were both within the last week or two, but yeah doesn't seem to be around at the moment. Suppose this is a good deal if you definitely need both. Deals seem to pop up all the time though.

I bought both separately for £20 each. You'd have to be very bad at finding deals to pay more than £25 each for these.

I just bought this deal - will get the £20 for each according to info, but will have to use separate Google accounts I think. I can't find them under £30 each and I was very happy with the tech reviews for them.

Yeah, considering the Chromecast had a brief deal at £20 elsewhere and the Audio was £25 for a while at Currys this isn't exactly lighting up my Black Friday. I would like 1 of each (currently got a mk1 Chromecast and keep having to move it around the house) but not a good enough deal to pull the trigger.

I agree, plus I bought an audio one for £20 last week from curry's, so this isn't a great deal if you aren't bothered by Google play vouchers. That said, it is absolutely awesome, I use the optical output into a seperate DAC - hugely better than my Sony Bluetooth aptx receiver.
