Yeey cheers chichi, I don't have to use my piggy bank anymore
I guess it's whether it was extended or finished and then restarted a few days later with a new end date... they seem to be saying it finished as originally intended on 26th and started again around the 30th.

Visa came back to me to saw I won't be getting cashback as the offer ended on the 26th. Does anyone know when it was extended to go to the 10th December?

I received an e-mail yesterday evening from Simply Rewards to confirm my cashback for Argos. It would have been nice of Visa to have come back to me to let me they resolved it. I recommend any one else waiting to e-mail them via the Simply Rewards website. It is Visa who runs the promotion and deals with the e-mails.

I completely agree ..this other person I know has had the exact same experience. Had sent an email to question missing cashback but the confirmation came through yesterday evening like yours.

Argos offer showing for me to 10 Dec but I just registered a new card, no idea if it's a new offer or previous one continued. I bought something on my other card too but no sign of cashback

Thanks. I made a purchase at Argos on the 22nd and have not received my rebate yet. I assume it will not show until the 30 days return period has elasped, but it does not even show in my Redemption History. I have e-mailed them to ask.

I bought items at argos online by using fast track (payment by nationwide debit card) on 26.11.15 AM
get simply rewards email 27.11.15 at evening confirmed cash back (show the cash back amount)
log on my bank account yesterday and see cash back had been rewarded on 28.11.15 and shown on the reward history at the simply reward web account page.
item actually collected in store on 01.12.15 (fast track pick up until 03.12.15)

I had a reply to my initial e-mail asking for the details of the offer and transaction. I sent them the information and did not hear back and chased it. They replied earlier to say it is being investigated by their technical team. I sent them a copy of the image offer on page 1 of this thread. I'll advise once I hear back again. It seems to me it hasn't registered for a few people on here.

Isnt cashback available only to people who hold a nationwide current account as well? or does it go back on the credit card itself? For the nationwide select credit card, you only get the standard 0.5% cashback if you have a current account with Nationwide.

I must have registered for this rewards scheme a couple of years ago but I don't know if I used my Visa Debit or Visa Credit card as the nominated number (have both from Nationwide).
Obviously it will only pay the 10% to the correct registered card but is there a way of finding out what card is actually registered?
