Brilliant.....been looking at these for a few weeks but were a tad expensive. Digital one is perfect as has timer facility. wouldnt let me select specific day or time so just have to settle for "within 5 days" Cheers OP.

can anyone tell me if the sear function is good on this ? I use mine lots, but get frustrated when sometimes I have to sear the meat before continuing with the recipe. Thanks
