Learn La Shukran (no thank you) say it with conviction but with a smile on your face and you've cracked it. Too many British holiday makers behave like they're in Spain where ever they are. Respect the country and it's people and learn a little of their culture and lingo before you go. I'm blonde, love shopping, hate being hassled but learned là Shukran quickly

Great price.
I know you said average, but weather sites usually display the average over the full 24 hours, so including night temperatures. During the day (which I will assume what most people will be interested in) it will be around 21C.

I went to Morocco a few years ago when my family and DD she was about 7 years old. The men where all very creepy and one man in particular was trying to steal my DD. To cut a long story short . We reported it to a local police officer who really didn't care at all and told us what did we expect you are in a African country and expect British laws.
I would never go back to any African country again I did not feel safe and neither did any of my family. I know that some people will shoot me down but this was the scariest holiday we ever had. I would tell anyone I knew do not go unless you like being harassed, especially if you are blonde or have children with you.
A cheap holiday is not always as it seems .

Obviously not everyone is going to like African countries but scare mongering isn't really on. I lived in Egypt from the age of 9 to 16 and felt a good deal safer there than I do in parts of the UK.
Check out travel websites before asking people on here, more chance that they've actually been there.

Nothing much to see, and you get pestered constantly be shopkeepers, one after another after another, even when they see you reject the person next door.

You must have been unlucky. I have been a couple of times around mid November and didn't rain once. Warmish at around 21-23C all day every day. I know this deal is for a different time of the year though.
Also there is plenty to see and do if you're prepared to leave the resort. Saying that, I would think an all inclusive holiday would appeal more to people who aren't too bothered about getting out and about and are going there with that in mind. Personally for places like this I book bed and breakfast and like to get out to eat at other times (evening especially).

One has to consider the security of a holiday destination, especially after recent events ( Tunisia for obvious, striking, traumatizing example.) It`s a balance, between not allowing the "bad guys" to win (I don`t want to use the T-word) , and protecting oneself and whoever one holds dear.
