They've told me it should arrive today. But they told me yesterday it would arrive then. Trying to solve issues becomes a little bit more difficult when you're having to use Google Translate.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Even if there has been a problem, just get on to them and they'll send another, assuming they have stock. I'm sure it will move at some point though.
