Some fat pork hole HUK user must have waddled in, plonked themselves on a mobility scooter and sweated and wheezed as they filled their little biff basket with all the Snickers, probably the OP. I noticed some rubber skid marks in the chocolate isle, looks like they made several trips from their Reliant Robin to the store and back, I only hope that those 700 Snickers lasts them the whole weekend.

Yes!!! Managed to bag a few for myself and some family members. Even though the bars are almost fun size, doubt I'll get them at this price again so thanks OP!

found an unopened box of 22 packs of mars on the top (stock) shelf in woolwich last night none left now though (grandchildren very grateful)

Not in mine they are not, they are in the "reduced" section for £1 even though they are price marked £1, good old Tesco. Just as well really as I'd only buy 40 and eat them all this week.

The mars bars had sold out in my store (Chesterfield extra) but we got 10 packs of snickers, all 37p each, bargain. Dated until May 2016 to.

Just picked a few sets of 4 Snickers at the Edinburgh, Corstorphine store for 37p each. Still quite a few left. None of the Mars bars left though. I suspect that I got lucky due to the fact that the reduction hadn't been advertised on the shelf.

IIRC they where this price in my local (Northcott) store. Anyone know why? Is there a new package coming out or something? I noticed the Hazelnut versions where reduced to 4 for a £1....
