Apparently it's a 'sunny break'. Now I know my eye's are ****, but i still have other sense which will tell me otherwise it isnt going to be beach weather

Oh dear - can you imagine a winter break to a 2 star, very basic, Aparthotel. No thanks, not even at this knock down price. COLD for me.

I do agree if you are on a budget but, in the winter in Spain, when the temperature drops you will want a Hotel with indoor facilities to keep you busy and comfortable. Not sure this will fit the bill but, yes, it's cheap.
