Im not sure as I wont be using the SIMs :/
I had a call from one of the sales managers yesterday apologising for the delay.
My PayG phones have now been converted to the correct tariff and my vouchers will be sent within 5 days.
Once I've received the play vouchers I'll haev to double check that theres 500mb of data free per month for a year and flog the sims I think
