It's brand new in box. That means 100% new and unused. If it isn't brand new they would stick it out as a Grade A and remove the "brand new in box" headline.
Anyway - even if you get it and suspect it's been touched by another human being (not just the factory) then they have the best returns process I've ever experienced. They send a prepaid insured special delivery bag out and you just send it back free of charge.

What makes you say that? From what I have read it seems to be a lottery whether you get a good screen or a bad one, regardless of where you buy it from.

I'm sending mine back. It's brand new but the screen has a horrible yellow tint and isn't that bright even at 100%. Put next to my Honor 4, the G4 whites look like dirty and yellow. Whereas the Honor 4 is crisp and white and a lot brighter. It's a real disappointment. Seems I got unlucky and got a bad panel.

Decent phone with an amazing camera, but not the best phone at all.
Nexus 6p, note 5, and 6s plus spring to mind. Definitely the best phone you can buy for under £300 tho.

Their site is setup in a way that they can only list under Grade A, B or C. There isn't an option for brand new so they list it under Grade A and make sure to note in the headline that it is "brand new in box". All gone now anyway.

i actually bought the LG G4 (brand new) from them when it was 295. i returned it after i called LG and inquired about warranty. LG politely told me the phone will not have any warranty in Europe because the IMEI and serial number i gave them is for a phone meant for UAE. (it was the european d815 model)

Probably non EU models at a guess, like I say I phoned up and explained that I bought it off ebay, gave imei number and no issue whatsoever, infact I think it would be illegal for them to not honour a EU model, US or Asia model fair enough

Euro plug, no headphones and not sure if they come with the spare cover. Somethings not legit with them. Would much rather pay a little more to make sure there UK versions.
Also not sure if LG will honour any warranty as not UK versions.

I would agree, my wife a few years ago bought what was listed as an A grade HTC One X from them, upon receipt it had a few scuffs...nothing major but most certainly was not an A grade..rather than refunding for a B grade the apologetic guy on the phone refunded her as a C grade.
Sister in law got my brother a B Grade iPhone 5 64GB and was over the moon with the condition, hardly noticeable scratch on the frame.

That's the issue with LG g handset prices they don't hold value or worth much after a while. LG do this all the time they release the flagship and after 6 month it's dropped over a 100 pounds or more. They should just sell them at 350 or 300 iam sure more people will buy them. Look at the g3 now it's 200 or 190 a few days back. Don't get me started with the g flex 2.
