This will only last as long as the Amazon Warehouse 10% offer so don't wait too long! Every "used - very good" phone I have bought from Amazon has arrived brand new.
Same warranty as new items by the way.

Also - anyone else interested to note that Warehouse deals only have 89% positive satisfaction rating? Surprised given how positive all the comments about them on HUKD tend to be...

Go for tempered glass if you can. I had this last time...
Yea, heard there good cases! Thanks! Would you recommend a screen cover too? Managed to have a little play with it so far. Love the knock code! Will save the screen constantly turning on in my pocket while at work!
*Edit* Clicked the Link now, states comes with a screen shield :-D

Well received this morning, There is sellotape all over the box, and the "do not a accept if seal is broken" seal (which is broken ;-)). I opened the box, the screen had the odd fingerprint on. Other than that, it looks as new, even the headphones and charger, cables are unused. Quite happy I took the plunge. Just hope the phone is as nice as some of the reviews I've read!

Sounds good! I don't have Prime so still waiting for mine.
I was thinking about the G4 next year, but the price difference is huge. Couldn't say no to this at £144. The battery life was never an issue for me first time round.

I had a G3 for a year and it was by far and away my favourite phone I had ever used. I had a spare battery and a wall charger - I did find it a bit battery thirsty and I don't live on my phone either. Mostly when browsing the internet I could watch the battery % go down rather quickly.
When an angry (ex) girlfriend smashed it on the floor and caused unrepairable damage to it (it was in a leather wallet with a tempered glass screen protector. The screen protector shattered but not the screen itself), I immediately grabbed a G4. Probably about £90 more at the time brand new but I couldn't go back to a G3 and I never thought I'd say that. The G4 has great battery life, the colours and brightness are 100% improvement on the G3 and the split second lag that everyone was moaning about has gone completely. I honestly think the G4 is the best phone currently on the market and will become cheap because it's unfashionable ie not Apple or Samsung.

I bought one of these on Amazon Prime Day for £175 in July. Amazon Warehouse had several on offer and I was careful to select one that was in its original packaging but had no mention of scratches in the description. When it arrived, it was clear that it had been opened; however, the handset inside was pristine and all accessories were sealed and unused. Amazon also confirmed that it came with a two year warranty.
If these come back into stock, snap one up - there's nothing to touch it at this price IMHO. It's fast, has a gorgeous screen, decent camera and - important to me - expandable storage. Battery life is also way more than enough for my needs and if you're a heavy user, you can swap the battery. I'm delighted with it!

It was a flagship, not now but really the spec is nothing to grumble about for a year or two. Just the battery life which is step down from its predecessor. I'd rather better battery but I see why people would want this.

If used like new, I be all over this. These look like returns that have been used.

Is this much better than the vodafone s6 ultra? Is it worth paying the extra?

Definitely. This is near flagship quality, even at £200 it's a great phone.
S6 Ultra is a budget phone.

no doubt will be hit and miss but worth a shot IMO. i change phones more than i change my underwear and can tell you this is a good one. first phone ive had for more than 12 months since before iphones began... as far as a phone goes it does everything i want well. camera is decent, screen size is great for movies.. same size screen as a iphone 6 plus, but because of the bezels, its much smaller.

Yeah, I wouldn't buy from any other seller under 90 to be honest, but with Amazon returns being so easy, I'm happy to do it with them.
Rarnik
24 Nov 15#27
Well I wouldn't buy off of a seller with under 95 usually, let alone under 90 so there's one 'only'.
Other 'only' is amazon maintaining a much higher rating for years then the rating started sliding so I guess I'm always thinking of that.

I bought a very good condition lg g3 from the warehouse and it was supposed to be very good condition, no scratches. What turned up had small gouges in each corner where it had been dropped and a pair of earphones with large amount of ear wax and hair in them.
No apology from amazon. I can certainly understand why they only have 89% satisfaction rating.

24 Nov 15#25
Really don't understand this "only" bit. 9/10 people are happy with what they bought.
So 1/10 chance you might get something not quite as described. Considering the huge saving over new, it's worth a punt.

If you're not happy with the condition of a used item they'll let you return it for free.

I know faulty items are guaranteed a free return, other reasons for a return may have a charge.I dont think its 100% free across the board.

Not sure if the 10% off will have ended by then if you are waiting for that before ordering.

Bit the bullet and gone for this, after having problems with my last, Sony xperia z5, the pixels messed up after a few weeks.. Amazon, tbey were great with me returning, was so easy. So i prefer a phone where you can change the battery when you want. Not the highest megapixel camera but sounds like it's still great! If it's not "used- like new" will simply return this.

sure about free returns. I was looking for this on another item and the FAQs said it was only certain items such as shoes, clothes etc. and to look out for the 'free returns flash' next, which I can't see. but if this universal or there is a work around I'd be super interested to know

24 Nov 15#16
Same as new items, that's what the "eligible for Amazon customer service" bit means. I returned a Warehouse product that had developed a fault after seven months for a full refund.
Not 100% sure on this bit...but might be two years manufacturers warranty as well.

Theres nothing wrong with the battery on the g3 and anyway unlike most phones the g3 is removable and cheap to buy, 30 secs later 100% charge try that with the sealed variety.

I'm certain the other sellers won't offer the same returns policy as Amazon. Would you really rather buy from another seller on that used list? You get the same warranty as new items with Amazon.
I've had this phone before, easily the best phone I've had until it slept in a puddle at a festival. I'll be glad to have it back when it arrives!

I'm just surprised as people seem so effusive about how good/bullet-proof Amazon customer support is - other sellers have 100% or near 100%. As for the phone itself, it's the battery life that puts me off personally though I am sure it is great phone. I'd actually have had the G2 on that front if it had an SD slot - so I've gone for the Amazon DotD on the Moto X Play which seems like the compromise best suited to me (YMMV).
It is a great deal if you don't mind the battery and well worth a hot vote if in good nick at £144!

Yeah mine also shows the message about the scratches. Seems like that is a stock message for all of Amazon's 'very good' products. I might get this now.

Why? That means 9/10 people are happy with what they bought! Seems about the same ratio as people on here - nine happy, one not. And the ones that aren't can send it back for free.
This is a hell of a lot of phone for £144. Absolutely nothing comes near it.

PC. I have bought them before where it has said small scratches but I couldn't see anything. Free returns for 30 days if you're not happy either way.

If you want a slim case I can highly recommend the Spigen ones, hardly adds any bulk at all. Luckily I didn't throw mine away from the last G3 that I owned! http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00JQI2YO2?keywords=spigen%20case%20lg%20g3&qid=1448457464&ref_=sr_1_5&sr=8-5
