don't know if any good or not but seems cheap as £279 most other places.

£159.97 in PC World, Clough Road, Hull. Spotted lunchtime today. Was thinking about it but I only had my miix3 for 3 months. That extra 1.5" was clearly noticeable though......Is bigger always better ??

Well said. Blame the teachers. I still remember my English teacher who was very old school and insisted on the correct were, where, we're, your, you're, there their, they're etc etc. I still remember it all to this day. Must be crazy for people trying to learn how to write and speak proper like. It's actually quite easy but only if you want to learn it......Quite embarrassing at work though when you see your bosses making such simple spelling mistakes. Or should that be one's bosses lol. I never liked the use of 'one'. Will leave that to the Royals and the Matrix.

I think the Yoga series main selling points is the screen tilt tbh.
Both of them have 2gb ram and a hard drive capacity of 32gb, although the first one has hdmi out and a hd webcam, neither of which are of particular interest to me
Is the first one worth the extra 50 quid or am I missing something else here?

Thinking of popping back and buying this now! Should have just got it at the time. My concern was storage but I keep all files on a NAS anyway.

Yes it has 2 standard usb ports on the keyboard and one micro usb on the tablet / screen. Note these are usb 2 and not usb 3.

Lenovo Miix3 has 1920x1200 screen resolution although a smaller 10.1" screen. I paid £149.99 for mine from JL but they may be out of stock now.

As your such a prolific IT expert and professional deal hunter :man: could you please find me a 1080p laptop that fits into this price bracket?

So,
does this perform like a chromebook would perform? I only surf and book the odd holiday and flight here and there.
Currently using an Advent 4211c 10" lappy which is feeling very dated now

I would assume manufacturers warranty is the same regardless of retailer.

just bought from argos / ebay - instant pick up and covered by dsr - £199 - with celeron (not pentium).
amazon price 249 so am happy.

Yeah £199 is reasonable. If anyone is near a pc world or currys I would recommend popping in. £20 Better in your pocket than argos'!!

Good value, I've a Lenovo tablet and have been impressed with everything except the lack of android updates
Opening post
I assume it's national due to this ad on the website which tells me there is stock in London.

Also on the Argos website is the one in the following link. This one is £50.00 quid cheaper than the one above and it has pentium processor.
