There was a recall and they fixed the neck from the 2nd batch onwards from what I've been told. Mine was 2nd batch and it's fine

Did anyone else get an email cancelling the order because there was a mistake with the voucher code? It was supposed to be £60 minimum not £40 so they simply cancelled the order.

So I've signed up for a new account, I add the items to the basket totaling more than £40, I book a delivery date and I'm informed there will be no delivery charge and that's it. No option to add a voucher code, no £20 subtraction off the price, no confirmation of payment. I assume this is not the correct way of checking out to get the discount?
