Saw these Instore with the huggies pure boxes as well. Don't have to spend anything before hand just buy the box and save £5 automatically reducing the box down to £5 and working out at 50p a pack for 56 wipes and 10 packets of wipes.Checked online and they do have boxes online but only shows the huggies soft skin ones online where there was huggies pure Instore. This is far better... Prime members anyway... Baring in mind Prime is free for one month with new registration (so just make up a free email each month)....
I got these (or a £7 version) a few months ago, they wouldn't scan so the silly girl behind the till put them through the till for £1 a box. result! filled the trolley then went back and filled it again.

found in Eastbourne store and hailsham,but the Hailsham store had them marked up as a. of of 10 for £6.
