It is dual sim phone,you can put nano sim card in the micro sd card slot. Unfortunately the dual sim function is disabled by the ROM. You can enable it very easy by updating the ROM,following this thread: http://androidcustomrom1.blogspot.co.uk/2015/09/how-to-update-huawei-p8-lite-b132.html
I just did my phone bought from CPW.

Two different CPW branches in Edinburgh told me this variant is not dual SIM and sent me on my way :disappointed:

They get the phone first and then you can chose which network sim you want to buy(and must buy unless upgrading) so yes all phones come unlocked at cpw.
I went with the cheapest price point which at that time was EE.

Bought this phone 10 days ago at 109.99+10 topup from carphone shop. Good to see a price reduction for a very good phone. Pay upgrade works only at certain conditions so may not be a deal for many

It's a nice phone, easily worth it if you can get it at this price.

However, I really didn't like the screen on it. Even at full brightness it's dull, lacking colour, and has poor contrast (blacks are dark grey). Forget about using it outside if the sun is shining.

The screen on the regular P8 is significantly better quality (obviously for a way higher price though).
