I ordered one on 11/11/15 and after 7 emails ( the last one very angry!), a live chat ( with the confirmation that everything in my order was in stock and a promise of an update within 24 hrs) and two further attempts at live chats ( where I got absolutely no response from anyone) - I have finally been informed that the silver phone is OOS and won't be in stock fir the foreseeable future! ( despite a confirmation on 14/11/15 telling me the phone was reserved for me but they were waiting for z1 stock). Total shambles and utterly useless customer service! This was for a birthday present - on dec 6th.....I'm doubting it will arrive on time! And I'm not very confident it will even work if it does! Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs! NOT a good experience!.....but it's good that they take payment straight away and sit on it for a month!

I ordered one last Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on the Monday. But it got lost (suspected stolen) in the Parcelforce depot. So now they won't do anything about sending out another one until their claim with Parcelforce is dealt with. As Parcelforce move very slowly I don't think this is likely to happen soon. I suppose I'll just have to buy a different phone elsewhere and apply for a refund under the distance selling act.

I managed to order and order number generated, but then did not show in account, phoned them up and they eventually found the order and put it against my account, they said I would get the phone on Monday as they were in stock. the order did not show the discount so rang them again, which they applied again, order now says awaiting stock. joke

Site crashed for me too at the paypal payment stage, tried a few times, then went with the credit card option and order went through, got confirmation email a few minutes ago.
Lets hope we wouldn`t wait too long for delivery.

I'm in the same situation as gona - DO NOT BUY! There are none in stock for us who bought it two weeks ago, so god knows how far back in the queue you'll be if you buy it on Black Friday

2 questions please - Can anyone give some realworld screen-on-time estimates (I get between 5 and 6 hours on my Z3 Compact, how would this phone compare?) and will the lack of NFC be a problem (in use and in residual value when coming to sell it in the future)?

Its been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order for this phone. My order still shows as "awaiting stock". When I sent an email to the customer care they responded back saying they are not expecting it soon and gave me an option to refund. Not happy with this :disappointed:

They have one more sale coming this blackfriday. Not sure what they are up to..

how does this compare to the OnePlus Two? Seems almost identical apart from using lesser known CPU and GPU.

I signed up several months ago with my gmail account - get the reminders, but never the codes. To buy my Honor 7 a couple of weeks ago I created a new account with a different e-mail address and got the code within an hour. Also got this new code.

As someone earlier said - my wife liked mine so much, she went and got a contract one the next day.

Got one a few months ago. Really nice phone. Very fast and great screen. Very happy with mine. More cases are available for it now. Try and get a clear one though as it looks so nice on the back. The ui is the only slight niggles in that there isn't an app drawer as such. But making folders is easy but I haven't found how to put them in alpha order in the folder yet.
