I've been looking all week and can't find anything that comes close to this size for the money, the 50 inch version on Amazon has generally favourable reviews too. The feet sit in around 10cm from each side so it should fit on a meter wide stand.
This comes with 2 HDMI sockets, miracast, PVR functionality and digital coaxial out.

I have this TV. Feed it a decent source and it looks great. Sound pretty good also. Only 2 HDMI but I have everything fed through surround sound amp. For the money you not get anything close.

Sound on mine fine for me. Also great for gaming I remember you do have to turn something off though to stop the blurring

Anyone know how the sound is on this tv?

It will be poor to average like all flat screen TV's. You'll be looking forever you you are tying to buy a flat screen TV based on how good the sound is. Accept the sound as it is and buy external audio like an all-in-one or soundbar if you need more. My last 2 TV's were a £1500 Panasonic Plasma and now a £1000 Samsung UHD LCD. Both had crappy sound and I expected nothing more.

That's a given but I presume they meant compared to other TVs!

Thats my point...they all have rubbish sound

That's not the point at all as they vary a lot. They are all worse than using a separate audio system but some are better than others, hence the question I presume.
Not everyone wants to use a separate audio device hence the question. Simply really!

Yes they vary a lot...from bad to very bad to awful. Seriously I'm yet to hear a Flatscreen tv with sound worth writing home about.

It arrived last night, it fits on my TV stand with about 1cm either side to spare! This thing is massive.
