You can and it will show you the Colombian store but they have blocks in place to prevent you buying directly.

OK managed to get it sorted on the Candian site.. but now I can't pay with Revolut, even though I have £21.00 in the account... Do I need to change it to USD?

Make sure you're on the correct country (like someone above mentioned - TY btw)

Additionally the Canadian site is far more stable to make a payment. Additionally, the address and post code, telephone number are a bitch to enter for both sites. I ended up using the British Consulates address in Canada... For some reason, the site knows when your entering a false address...seriously...

Also I ended up paying a few quid more when using Revolut (about £23 something...) but I'm not annoyed about that, in the end I got the game, that's all that matters.
