In my experience CeX are very slow at reacting, I traded Rayman Legends in about 5 days after it became free on Games with Gold, they were still giving the higher buy price...

It seems the normal tomb raider is a different price to the one featured in the 2 for £50 deal, I was adding the 2 of the normal copies and it wouldn't accept the code. When you add two from the 2for£50 section it works straight away

I'm not certain, but I think that Andrew's just referring to going through the "sell to" process on CeX's website now, as they allow 10 days for receipt of items.

Can't they change their price even if you lock in at the current cash price?
I can imagine the price going down from now till the day they receive it and them just paying that days value of the item on their system.

Sell the item online, same price but they will honor the quoted price for 10 working days so even if they dropped it to £20 tomorrow you would have until December 7th until they would no longer give you £32

Postage isn't an issue either as they provide a prepaid label.

Reel yer neck in mate. I was actually having a pop at Zavvi tbh. If they're doing these promos then they should keep enough stock up there, at least for the first day imo. I've just got on here...so I couldn't have 'got it earlier'...some of us have got lives to live.

Zavvi went out of stock 3 times and it seems most people ordered Tomb Raider twice for the main fact CEX have a cash offer on it for £32. I'm not sure if it'll come back in stock but it might and that's why I ain't changed the title etc due to me changing it then it's back in stock.

I did contact them via Facebook but they said it would be posted today (2x Tomb raider) and it hasn't and I've also contact their customer service but takes 24 hours to 48 for a reply

I ordered my TR yesterday around midday! Estimated time of dispatch is Thursday. Am I likely to receive it?!! If not, I am just going to cancel my order! They did continue selling it for hours afterwards....they shouldn't have been selling it if they didn't have the stock!!!

Cheers, it was definitely an error from Zavvi. I remember at some point TB was not on the offer anymore and then got back on. Well I hope they sort the stock again and fulfill the pending orders.

They will honour it but it'll be a week maybe due to stock. I cancelled mine though as a friend is getting it me for cheaper.
