Seems a standard price, for not a particularly good mandolin.
These are unlikely to arrive properly set up. So, I would make a point of asking them to do it before shipping, if they won't... then don't buy it.

Clearly they aren't Cowboys. You shouldn't slate a company for no reason. People work hard to build reputations up. I had a positive experience when dealing with them.
