Not exactly a hot deal, but a product I can recommend. I purchased this set back in 2012 and only recently they have packed up. Originally purchased for £8-10, they are now £6.49.

I was going to order until I saw:-
Manufacturer's Warranty - None
Then when I checked the negative and neutral feedback, there were several reports stating that buyers of headphones/earphones had received fake or faulty items, the seller only refunding after a case had been opened on eBay.
Decided not to order.

These are cracking earphones. Bought mine from Amazon 2 years ago and still as good as ever. How do you clock a fake?

I think fake headphones should count as unsolicited goods so the seller should be unable to legally charge you for them.
It might be worth asking for the genuine goods ordered to be delivered or else a refund should be credited. In the same way that they cannot ship you Beats headphones and keep your money when you ordered Sennheisers, fake headphones were not the item ordered.
The credit or debit card company should be able to help with undelivered goods as shipping fake goods is equivalent to giving you a sprig of heather and expecting the price for headphones. The seller will be unable to prove shipping of the genuine order as the receiver of fake goods will be able to prove the item was not the item ordered and therefore unsolicited and there is no legal duty to return unsolicited goods (although this may be done for a speedy refund).
I feel like I've let the community down. Should've done my research.

I checked the YouTube video re fakes for the ones I received today after buying from this seller and all the signs are here that they're fakes so have started a refund / return process. They sound garbage as well as tick all the boxes re fakes. Live n learn though...

Worth the money if you just want something better than stock apple ones. Better than the majority of earphones you'll get for under £20

How can you tell? I bought some from eBay a few months ago and compared the visual and the sound on both the eBay ones and the Tesco ones and both were the same..

I bought this model about 5 years ago from ASDA for £17 still using them. Great headphones, strong bass, even better value in this deal.

Mine lasted around 8 months before one module failed, the same for a friend. Another friend it was over a year; but for the ~£10 price noone can complain at all considering the quality of these, you can just buy another pair.

Agreed, fakes are a-plenty with these earphones. Some people may mistake pairs for fakes because they haven't burnt in yet however...

As an audiophile to some extent that has experienced a variety of IEMs and owner of a £200 pair of studio headphones (for whatever that's worth) I can approve these earphones, these became my go-to earphones years ago which several of my friends still use to this day.
The whole spectrum sounds slightly muddy which gives it a pretty unique experience, the mids and highs are not recessed or off-tone but lack crystal clarity, however the bass is where these shine; both bass and sub-bass are heavy, the slightest bit overpowering and as strong as you could hope for from IEMs.
TL;DR If you listen to bassy music this may be the best purchase you'll make.
They'll also blow out of the water any other commercial sub-£30 earphones in every way but bass especially.
As my daily IEM i now use Sony MDRXB30EX as they have crystal clear mids and highs and outstanding sub-bass but lack slightly in the regular bass spectrum in comparison to the HAFX1X.
For the money they are OK, just OK though I wouldn't say good. they seem very Bassy if you like your music like that.

Chasing this up...
You checked 1 feedback in which the buyer says
"Substandard & suspected to be a fake. No communication. Ebay had to step in."
Did you fail to notice the 140+ positive feedback for this product? not to mention that there are over 10+ sellers offering this product, who have sold 1000s of units and all have good feedback..
I am struggling to see how they are fake? I purchased a genuine set from Amazon a few years ago for £8.
With regards to warranty, I did not check that, and quite frankly for a £6.49 item which I can confidently say is robust and well designed I wouldn't be too bothered, hence it lasted me 3+ years.
For the kid that is crying about them 'looking like beats'....please provide a manufacture date for 'urbeats' and we will compare it against the 'hafx1x' I am confident the JVC were released first.

I have earphone that look exactly looks as same as this one. But my one is PHILLIPS make bought from tesco for £ 15. if JVC have the same design then there is an issue with design rights. for that reason I can confirm that JVC do not have such product.

They also sell these in the likes of Argos, doubt they'd be selling knock offs.
