Hot Christmas deal chichi

Excludes the 2 course walk in offer - which is a different deal. This is a standard Christmas menu.
I did actually phone my local up to check with them and they told me that I could use the voucher with the Christmas menu
T&Cs on the 20% off voucher says it cannot be used in conjunction with any other prmotion including the 2 course deals so don't be surprised if they don't honour this.

It's not good me having a choice, I'll just pinch someone elses and have all three courses

Fair enough if they take it but if they refuse then it would be tough to argue a case.
£8 each just using the gift card offer is good anyway so worth going just for that.

Good deal.
Am I being a little slow? Is it not £12.80? £16 - 20% = £12.80 doesn't it?
I've never been good with maths :smirk:

What happens with the remaining balance as you have to buy the voucher for £16? It's technically £16 and not £12 (i think lol)

Well the £20 voucher is £16 regardless, so it's a £16 starting point is it not?
20% discount off the bill of £19.98 is £15.98 (saving of £4)
Net cost = £11.98 for 2 people
Git card balance remaining £4.02 which you could use for Christmas drinks or another visit

Even better imo, use the current free ice cream Sundae voucher so you get 2 courses for £5.99 anytime Monday to saturday. Combined with the gift card purchases from Tesco this makes it 2 courses for £4.79 each. Don't forget all veg, stuffing etc is all you can eat.

That's a great use of the gift cards and a different voucher
In the Tesco magazine there's also a 100 bonus points coupon for £20 gift card spend as well. This stacks on top of the bonus 150 clubcard points if you purchase £50 gift cards (needs to be £50 after discount)

Does anyone know if I can show them the voucher on my phone and if they will accept it and are able to scan it off my phone? Our printer is out of action at the moment.

Looking at the pdf voucher, the waitress/waiter can scan the qr code or type in the number code. Seems no need to print. Good to save a sheet of paper!

The Tesco site also does Toby Carvery gift cards £20 for £16 under the Digital Gift Cards section. Guess with the Mitchell and Butler card, you are not tied to Toby Carvery only.
