Seems like a good price for this cordless vacuum. I have bought it to use in my kitchen and dining room, thought it would come in handy cleaning up after the kids and dogs.
So she doesn't have time to herself make her work more by vacuuming the house hahahaha what a great husband you are I thought people buy hoovers for the house but no you give to the wifey I wish I can do that but nope my one will beat me up or make it Hoover the house myself I can't take the risk

for anyone thinking of getting a gtech air ram I wouldn't bother they are selling as a vacuum but it doesn't have suction? it's a high powered carpet sweeper and even then you can't use on thick pile as it just stops. waste of money if you ask me it's just a higher powered Bissel and you can get those for £25.

I couldn't agree more about the Gtech Air Ram. I sent mine back, it just wasn't very powerful, needed constant emptying and spewed fluff back onto the carpets. Gtech refused to refund but sent me a replacement which I then had to flog on Ebay in order to get some of the money back. I'm mystified as to how it gets such good reviews.

Thanks for your feedback, I am so pleased that I didn't splash out on a Gtech Air Ram now. It was only the price that put me off, the reviews seem to rave on about how good it is! :confused:

Generally very good when borrowing the in laws one but has failed with a fault for the second time and needs to go back again.
The first one was swapped out by John Lewis and now this one has failed after 6 months.
Be wary as there are a lot of refurbished one for sale for a reason.

I bought one of these last month when PayPal did 20% off on eBay deals, so got it for £111, again from the Dyson outlet.
I'm very pleased with it. Like most people on this thread I was sceptical about the run time, and I've got a 4 bed house on 3 floors. But it really is amazing and lasts a long time, you don't realise with a normal vac how much time your not actually doing anything, your normally moving furniture or unplugging for another room - with this Dyson every moment you stop the battery isn't being used,so whilst the battery might only last 15 minutes on constant non-stop, its more like a 30-45 min vac session before it runs out after you've done other things en route. I can probably only do half the house on a full charge but I never vac the whole house in one go anyway, usually tidy/clean up rooms as I go and then vac after I've cleaned a few rooms. Having two sets of stairs means the wireless part of this vac is brilliant, I was forever dragging cords, unplugging and replugging before which was far less convenient than having to charge the DC35 up twice to do a whole house. I've had the bigger Dysons before which are bulky and heavy devices not suited to that extra flight of stairs.
As I say very pleased with it, it comes with a few tools. At the time I bought it Aldi were doing the old DC30 for £99 - I'm glad I paid the extra as the DC35 comes with the main floor tool meaning it really can replace your main vac.
its also great for the car - before having to vac the car was a pain using extension reels and watching the vac fall over as my drive is on a slope. This is far easier.

I've got a Dyson Cylinder which isn't spacious enough and I have to clean it every week so I wanted something without any hassle get it out do it put it on charge simple let's see what happens thanks for your advise much appreciated

Got to admit I thought these were poor, got the dc44 and use it all the time, so much better than the old upright, mine lasts 20 mins and is plenty to do a 3 bed house, never used the turbo setting as it picks up great on note all setting

Now not sure what to do I want one wireless so easy to use take anywhere but 10-15min for over £100 not worth it but 3 hours charge for 15 min use I don't know help

Makita does cordless ones too. Not sure how they compare though as I haven't bought either. Mine is wired.

I'd say go for it. It will completely change your habit of vacuuming. You'll be much more incline to use it more frequently because it's so manoeuvrable and light and you'll do more vacuuming on your car too. Trust me unless you have very messy kids or a mansion 10 mins a day is enough to keep the house clean. However having said that it won't be able completely replace the good old wired machine for the once a year spring clean.

I bought one of these when eBay did its 20% off deal, so it was about £112. Very happy with it. It copes with a terraced house covered in labrador hair. Inevitably it's better on hard floors than carpets but can do both.
It comes with a wall holder which you can use to keep it on charge, so it's always fully charged. It has 3 attachments.
The only annoyance is having to keep your finger on the button to operate it.

I believe it takes three and a half hours to fully charge. Once fully charged it has a 15 minute run time.
