I'm assuming yes as the person I know bought few things not long ago and it showed the discounted price because staff enter their staff discount details onto their m&s shopping account

Another BS 'sale' to suck in gullible consumers. There is a handful of things the deal applies to and most of those from what I can tell at quick glance are just dearer than others.

Sure it's a deal if you can get something that you were going to buy anyway but I have had £150 of M&S vouchers through work for 2 years and still never found anything worth buying that was not quite a bit dearer than elsewhere for the same 'quality'; and that includes their food! For me if I struggle to spend free money at a store even in 'sales' etc then it's a store for those who aren't smart enough or don't have time to think about what they are buying.

Don't get me wrong, I want to spend my vouchers but I can't see the sense in using them just for the sake of it. M&S are yet to convince me.

The lady told me this deal was posted on the office wall at work. She told me if I was buying anything to hold off until Wednesday where this deal would be online only for 2 days. Hope this has cleared up any doubts you had :smile:

They emailed me about this last night after 19:00 so I went to purchase today and it is too late. It's behavior like that that drives me away from retailers.

I got email about this too, as I spent ages trying to checkout sent personal code for 20% off to be used by Sunday so used it lucky things I wanted were still in stock

I got a new code off them on online chat last night for 20%

I used the online chat to express my disgust at them emailing me about the offer only 3hrs before midnight and the nice lady said she was happy to extend it for me and gave me a code in the chat window. Sorry I didn't write it down I just copy/pasted it in when I ordered.
