There are plenty of people who might be eligible to join Costco but haven't, who wouldn't be aware of these deals. There are others who don't check emails, and there are those who have access to other peoples cards who aren't members.

Isn't this loo roll 2-ply? They also have the velvet loo roll on offer in some months for the same price but that's 3-ply. I find the velvet to be better quality.
