Buy 2 or more and get an extra 5% off
Ten-piece set includes: NutriBlend power base, large tumbler (700ml), two small tumblers (350ml), blender blade, grinder blade, two tumbler handles and two stay fresh lids
Our most powerful model yet, this 1000W special edition NutriBlend has been designed to extract nutrients and vitamins and produce delicious juice from fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds at the flick of a switch. It will chop and grind entire fruits and vegetables including their skins, seeds and stems to ensure that all the goodness remains within the juice - unlike other blenders that discard these nutritious elements. The blender comes with a recipe book and tumblers so you can store for later or just blend and go! There are two great colours to choose from; rose gold or silver. Dishwasher safe. Power base dimensions: Dia. 14 x H21cm.
I have made lots if smoothies using the blender attachment, Ive put in frozen fruit, carrot, kiwi with the skin on etc, they all come out smooth. I've also made nut butter using the grinder blade & it took a bit of time, but came out perfect. It was well worth it for me.

Just wondering about anyone who has picked up one of these, how they are finding it? I'm torn between this, the Vitablend Pro or the Nutribullet. I think this one seems the best option in terms of price/performance/number of accessories, but not sure what the warranty on it is.
Thanks

3 Dec 15#96
I have seen the salter one yesterday at Wilko at around £40...I believe it only comes with one blade, but it did make me regret the purchase slightly :/
I haven't used mine yet (as it's a xmas pressie) but I'm hoping I won't be disappointed.
I wonder why the others come with 4 blades? What difference would it make when it's all about blitzing?
ALSO, I think the 15 attachments just come with a couple of extra lids and cups (judging by the picture)

2 Dec 15#94
So far I've done quite a few smoothies and they were all nice and I don't see how other devices would do a better job. But I do see me buying a bigger device later on, one that you can fill up from the top just because I think it would be easier. But I don't see the end result any better.
Regarding blades, there is a book but I didn't bother looking inside. Yes, it is nice and with lots of colours but who cares - just use what you think you would want in your smoothie.
jamesprocha
2 Dec 15#93
Ah, that explains a lot. So it comes with both types. Thanks for the post. Does it tell you which to use for what type of smoothie/blended drink you're looking to make?
The biggest difference I can see between this and the nutri ninja or nutribullet is that this one, potentially, only has two cutting blades while the others use 4 as standard. I wonder how this might impact the final result I.e. how smooth a drink it will produce...
jamesprocha
1 Dec 151#90
For those who have it, can you please confirm how many blades the lids have attached? From the picture on the website it looks like 2, but the video they've got make it look like 4 or potentially 6!
Better yet, if someone could upload some photos of the unit and cutting lids, that would be very helpful.
Thanks.

I think that when taking into account price difference you forget that Ninja relies heavily on marketing, packaging and etc, which would increase the product cost regardless of functionality. You'd pay premium for having a "Ninja" as well, just like you'd pay more for having a Breville kettle instead of one from Tesco's. Doesn't necessarily guarantee quality.

23 Nov 15#78
Why is the Ninja slim more powerful? Normally the lower the wattage for the task the more likely the motor will burn out. If your referring to a quality difference all these products are coming from Chinese factories possibly the same one and Western companies create their own variation of the product and artwork and market it. Some market heavily with premium pricing.
Unless you know of some exact technical difference between the models it makes no sense to assume that a lower wattage product has greater reliability than a higher wattage product, normally the reverse is true especially where the capacity is pretty similar.
