Not really. Average could be 4.1 for example depending on the sample size average score.

Yes I guess it would be above average. I think it;s a good price, but my point is not all supermarket wine offers are the great value they appear to be.
Just like other supermarket wine offers (e.g. the many Rioja Reserve deals) - they can use a few catchphrases/names and cunjoure up and deal we all get excited about. Maybe this is a good one, maybe not.
Vivino reckons 3.8 (out of 5 stars) on this one - so average I guess.
