Decent company. I ordered a g16 from them not long ago. Delivery very quick and included UK adapter. Miles cheaper than anywhere else when I was looking

Awesome, I ordered this for £2 more 2 days ago from eGlobal but didn't think they'd be allowed on here. I was a little worried about the reliability though they are on quidco so assumed they couldn't be bad..
I found that same warning posted on about 6 different websites.
As I see it, the problems are:
1. Samsung said they would fix it, but returned it instead.
2. The person didn't even give eGlobalCentral a chance to fix it since "from other reviews that this will not happen."
Now, I'm not saying they WOULD repair it by any stretch, but that 1 warning is just that, 1 warning, from someone that didn't even check where the company was based before ordering...

The company's registered in China so would be wary of buying anything like this.

You have a few import shops now in China; Digital Rev, Panamoz etc... With solid reputations, Eglobal are one of them.

I used to be a fan of these Canon bridge cameras, but I think the mirrorless systems like micro4/3rds are a better investment.

the last time I looked at eGlobalCentral, you had to dig through their site to fully understand where they operated from, where your goods might come from, and the details over import duty/vat and how you'd return faulty goods.
when a company isn't up front, I can't trust them.
other companies like DigitalRev are up front about things, so I have used them quite happily.

I've ordered over £800 worth of goods from eglobal, from tablets to watches. Often the cheapest by a good margin, fast delivery all things considered and never import charges. Just my two cents.

it clearly states in their terms and conditions the price you see is the price you pay so no import fees. A lot of the stuff referred to is from 2014, they have changed a great deal since then.

Got a GF7 with kit lens for £200 in the ebay 20% off deal. Delivery was okay and all is good with the camera. So they get a thumbs up from me :man:
