Popped into my local Co-op to get a few bits, picked one up as was showing as 16p, but scanned at 1p!!!
Will upload receipt in comments - mine are being donated to my son`s school, they`ll prob use them at the Christmas Party or Fair.
(They also had 907G Petits Pois Peas for 47p, worth a look if going anyway)

Payed 1.50 for 3 of these in whsmith, I feel so cheated.
Was astounded that smiths sell sweets, I thought it simply consisted of parker pens and notepads.

Expire?
So at 2016-02-28 23:59:59 they're edible, and at 2016-02-29 00:00:01 they're unfit for human consumption?

All the sugar brigade comments, one egg per child, hardly going to make them obese - it`s called a "treat"

I'll laugh my man boobs off if, as I predict, the school aren't allowed to accept food donations and you're stuck with 200 green chocolate eggs. :stuck_out_tongue:

Actually I phoned to check and have just dropped them off, very gratefully received - wouldn`t have been a problem mind as have a large family, with lots of nieces & nephews to use them up before they expire 28th feb :innocent:
Used to be apples at school in my day. Apples and milk.
Might as well go the whole hog and donate them 200 cans of red bull too to wash them down with.
Nice healthy food for the next generation.
btw Roger_Irrelevant is right, definitely no food allowed to be given out at my kids schools due to possibility of allergies and contamination. They'll probably end up in the staff room !

That's ALL they are worth anyway.
They used to cost the equivalent of 2.5Pence and now they cost 66Pence.
Next years price could be £1.00.
Nice to see that ALL this SLIMY so called Cadbury made so called chocolate is finding its true value at last since they destroyed the REAL CADBURY .
